Body Pimples

Ever get an odd pimple on your back and instantly think it's something serious, then you ask the first person you know to check it out and feel the instant relief when they say it's just a zit, I have. I've just never associated pimples with being anywhere other than the face. I've never had a huge problem with them myself, though I've known a few people that have had trouble with them on their shoulders, not sure if they ever tried any body acne treatments, it probably could have helped with the situation.
